• Partner Connection: Invite codes to connect with your partner
• Todo Data: Todo items you create, including titles, descriptions, due dates, and completion status
• Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens to deliver push notifications and Live Activity updates

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To authenticate and manage your account
• To sync todo items between you and your partner
• To send push notifications and Live Activity updates about todo reminders
• To improve and maintain the service

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using the following services:

• Cloudflare Workers & D1: Server-side data is stored in Cloudflare's globally distributed infrastructure with encryption at rest
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs): Push notification delivery through Apple's secure infrastructure
• Local Device Storage: Todo data is cached locally using SwiftData for offline access

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission and secure token-based authentication.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• With Your Partner: Todo items you create are shared with your connected partner as the core functionality of the app
• Service Providers: We use Cloudflare for hosting and Apple for push notifications, who process data on our behalf
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Deleted todo items are removed from our servers within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Nagger is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
