Welcome to AnySchedule - Daily Planner. This Privacy Policy explains how Rele Company ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the AnySchedule - Daily Planner mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

1. Information We Collect

AnySchedule - Daily Planner collects the following information to provide its core functionality:

• Schedule, Task, and Habit Data: Items you create, including titles, times, dates, notes, repeat settings, and completion status
• Subscription Information: Purchase and subscription status processed through RevenueCat for managing premium features
• Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens to deliver local push notifications for event, task, and habit reminders
• Calendar and Reminders Access (Optional): Read-only access to your device's calendar and reminders data, only when you explicitly grant permission
• Google Calendar Data (Optional): Read-only access to your Google Calendar events (via Google Calendar API, calendar.readonly scope), only when you explicitly sign in with your Google account and grant permission. This data is used solely to display your Google Calendar events within the App

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• To store and display your schedules, tasks, and habits
• To send local push notifications for reminders you have set
• To sync your data across your devices via iCloud (Apple CloudKit)
• To display Live Activities on Dynamic Island and Lock Screen
• To manage subscription status and premium feature access
• To display events from your device calendar and reminders (when permitted)
• To display your Google Calendar events within the App (when permitted)

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using the following services:

• SwiftData (Local Storage): All schedule, task, and habit data is stored locally on your device
• Apple CloudKit (iCloud Sync): Your data is synced across your devices through Apple's iCloud infrastructure, encrypted in transit and at rest
• RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase data is processed through RevenueCat's secure infrastructure. RevenueCat does not receive your schedule data

We do not operate our own servers to store your personal data. All data remains on your device and in your personal iCloud account.

4. Third-Party Services

AnySchedule - Daily Planner uses the following third-party services:

• Apple CloudKit: For syncing your data across your Apple devices via iCloud
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs): For delivering local push notifications
• RevenueCat: For managing in-app subscriptions and purchases
• Google Calendar API: For reading your Google Calendar events with read-only access (calendar.readonly scope) to display them within the App

We do not use any analytics or tracking services. AnySchedule - Daily Planner does not track your behavior or collect usage analytics.

5. Google API Services Usage Disclosure

AnySchedule - Daily Planner's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, AnySchedule - Daily Planner:

• Only uses Google Calendar data to display your calendar events within the App
• Does not transfer Google Calendar data to third parties unless necessary to provide or improve the App's features, comply with applicable laws, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior user consent
• Does not use Google Calendar data for serving advertisements
• Does not allow humans to read Google Calendar data unless with your affirmative consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable laws, or for the App's internal operations

6. Data We Do NOT Collect

To be clear, AnySchedule - Daily Planner does not collect:

• Location data
• Health or fitness data
• Browsing history or usage analytics
• Contact information or address book data
• Photos, camera, or microphone data
• Advertising identifiers or tracking data

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your schedule data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account. Only subscription-related data is shared with RevenueCat for payment processing. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

8. Data Retention

Your data is stored locally on your device and in your iCloud account. You can delete your data at any time by removing items within the app or by deleting the app. When the app is deleted, all local data is removed. iCloud data can be managed through your iCloud settings.

9. Children's Privacy

AnySchedule - Daily Planner is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

10. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Access: Your data is stored on your device and iCloud — you have direct access at all times
• Deletion: Delete individual items in the app or remove all data by deleting the app
• Notifications: Control push notification preferences in your device settings
• Calendar/Reminders Access: Revoke access at any time through your device's Privacy settings
• iCloud Sync: Disable iCloud sync for the app through your iCloud settings
• Google Calendar: Revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
