By accessing or using Nagger ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Nagger is a mobile application provided by Rele Company. The App provides productivity and utility features to enhance your daily life. Specific features and functionality may vary and are subject to updates.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• You may not transfer or share your account with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rele Company and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the App's settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
